DIscover more about our buffet catering

What is the difference between a Standard Buffet and a Mini Buffet?

A standard buffet requires a minimum of 20 guests (pax) and includes a complete setup: table skirting, decor, and food warmers for a formal presentation. A mini buffet (or Party Set) caters for smaller groups (typically 8–15 pax), is delivered in disposable trays, and does not include setup or collection, offering a cost-effective, drop-off service.

Are your food catering services Halal-certified, and can you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes, our food catering services are Halal-certified, assuring all guests. We specialise in managing special requests like vegetarian, vegan, and common allergies. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking to ensure proper meal preparation and labelling (food safety is our priority).

How far in advance should I book my buffet catering?

For regular bookings, we recommend securing your order at least 5 to 7 working days in advance. For large-scale or corporate events, or during peak seasons (e.g., year-end holidays), please book 3 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and logistics planning.

What is included in the price, and what are the potential extra charges?

The quoted price is per person (per pax) and includes food, disposable cutlery, and essential serving equipment for the setup style. Extra charges typically include the mandatory delivery/transport fee (sometimes waived above a minimum spend) and the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST). We provide a transparent, all-inclusive quote.

What is the best way to calculate the quantity of food I should order?

To prevent shortages, the best practice is to order for 90% to 100% of your confirmed guest count. We often include a small food buffer (around 5–10%) in our generous portions. Our consultants can provide expert advice tailored to your specific event profile to avoid over-ordering and ensure value for money.

For how long can the buffet food be safely consumed after delivery?

To adhere strictly to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) guidelines and maintain food safety, catered food must be consumed within 4 hours from the time it was cooked. We advise guests to finish their meals within 3 hours of the buffet being fully set up, as this is when the warmers are most effective.
