No. To earn points, your order must be placed and paid for through our website at fourseasons.com.sg/shop. Orders processed by our sales team, by email, or over the phone are not eligible.

How do I redeem points right now?

Apply your points at online checkout to offset your cart total. 1 point = $0.02 off. Freebies and add-on redemptions are coming soon — we'll email members when the catalogue goes live.

Does the 2X points promo apply to all menus?

Yes. Every menu, every product on our website. As long as your order is placed online between 1 June and 31 July 2026, you'll earn double points.

Does 2X stack with birthday or referral bonuses?

Yes. Birthday points, referral rewards, and anniversary bonuses all continue as normal, on top of your 2X points.
