What comes with a celebratory buffet?
Every celebratory buffet includes full buffet setup, a complimentary bundle (baby, dessert or longevity) and complimentary themed décor in Tropical Paradise, Longevity, Wild Safari or Whimsical Celebration.
What does the buffet setup include?
Tables, food warmers with skirting, food wax, food labels, tongs and scoops, biodegradable disposable ware, serviettes, and a dustbin with a garbage bag.
Are you Halal-certified?
Yes, we are MUIS Halal-certified.
Do you provide vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes. Dishes that are vegetarian or vegan by default are marked, and some dishes can be modified on request. Vegan means no meat, dairy, eggs, honey or alliums. Vegetarian means no meat, poultry, fish, eggs or alliums, and may include dairy and honey.
Do you cater to gluten-free or other allergens?
We take precautions, but we cannot guarantee that items are completely allergen-free because our kitchen equipment is shared.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard setup delivery is $80.00 ($87.20 with GST). Surcharges apply for restricted areas such as Jurong Island ($150.00), Sentosa ($30.00) and the CBD or Orchard ($10.00), before GST. Delivery charges are fixed and cannot be waived.
What if my location does not have a lift?
A surcharge of $50 to $200 (before GST) applies if equipment must be carried upstairs or through narrow walkways. An extra $50 applies if we are not told in advance.
When will you set up, and how long can I keep it?
We arrive 30 to 60 minutes before your meal time, and collect the setup 2 hours after. Food should be eaten within two hours. For a 12pm meal, we arrive between 11am and 11.30am.
Are there surcharges for early or late delivery?
Delivery before 8am is $100 to $250, and after 7.30pm is $50 to $100, before GST.
How early should I order?
Please order at least 4 working days in advance. Changes must also be made at least 4 working days before the event.
What if I need to cancel?
Written cancellations at least 5 working days before are free. A 50% charge applies with less than 5 working days’ notice, and 100% within 48 hours. After payment, a $50 administration fee applies.
Are takeaway boxes provided?
No, takeaway boxes are not provided because of Singapore Food Agency food safety regulations.
