FAQ
The best choice depends on your event type, group size and format. Buffet catering suits seminars, townhalls and large company celebrations, offering variety and dietary flexibility. Bento catering is most practical for office meetings, workshops and training sessions, packed individually for easy distribution. Tea reception suits networking sessions, seminar breaks and afternoon gatherings. Live stations add an interactive element for product launches, milestones and premium client hosting.
For standard buffet, bento or tea reception orders, confirm guest numbers and menu at least 5 to 7 working days before the event. Larger conferences, themed setups or live stations may require longer. Menu, timing and headcount amendments must be confirmed at least 3 working days before the event. No amendments are accepted within 24 hours.
Yes. All our food is Halal-certified, produced from our MUIS-certified central kitchen. Corporate menus are safe to serve mixed-dietary teams in Singapore without separate sourcing.
Yes. We offer vegetarian, vegan, halal-vegetarian and meatless options across all corporate menus. Please flag any allergies when placing the order so we can build them into the menu. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation due to potential cross-contamination.
Mini Buffet from 8 to 10 pax for boardroom and small meeting use. Full Buffet packages from 20 pax with full setup. Bento orders from 20 boxes. Tea Reception from 30 pax.
Buffet packages include warmers, tables, tablecloth and skirting, plus biodegradable disposable wares, serviettes, garbage bags and condiments. An additional 30 percent of disposables is provided as buffer. Standard tropical-themed décor is included, with custom themes available on request. One buffet counter serves up to 99 pax. Two counters from 100 pax and above. Service crew is provided as required for tea receptions, live stations and full-service buffets.
Buffet and Tea Reception delivery is S$80 (S$87.20 with GST). Mini Buffet and Bento delivery is S$50 (S$54.50 with GST). Free delivery on buffet orders above S$1,000 (food value before GST). A S$10 surcharge applies for CBD and Orchard postcodes (01, 03 to 08, 22, 23). S$12 surcharge for Sentosa. For locations without lift access, S$100 to Level 2 and S$150 to Level 3. We do not deliver above Level 3 without lift access without prior arrangement.
Cancellations 5 or more working days before the event are free of charge. 48 hours to 4 days incurs a 50 percent fee. Less than 48 hours incurs a 100 percent fee. A S$50 administrative fee applies to all cancellations once payment has been made. Refunds take 10 to 20 working days to process.
PayNow, bank transfer, GIRO and credit card (3 percent processing fee). Corporate billing through e-invoicing portals is supported. We do not accept cash or cheques.
Yes. We customise menus for your brief, including local favourites, Western or fusion sets, themed buffets and corporate branding. Customisation can include set menus, dietary splits and branded food stations for product launches or company milestones. Custom-themed décor is available on request.

Mentioning venue restrictions (such as no open flame or limited pax flow) helps us produce an accurate proposal. We will return a tailored quote within one working day.
