Do orders placed through your sales team or by email count?

No. To earn points, your order must be placed and paid for through our website at fourseasons.com.sg/shop. Orders processed by our sales team, by email, or over the phone are not eligible.

How do I redeem points right now?

Apply your points at online checkout to offset your cart total. 1 point = $0.02 off. Freebies and add-on redemptions are coming soon — we'll email members when the catalogue goes live.

Does the programme apply to all menus?

Yes. Every menu and every product on our website earns points, as long as your order is placed online.

Do points stack with birthday or referral bonuses?

Yes. Birthday points, referral rewards, and anniversary bonuses all continue as normal, on top of the points you earn on each order.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. The Season's Club is completely free.

When do my points expire?

Points expire 365 days after they are earned. Each point has its own expiry date based on the day it was credited, so do redeem them before they lapse.
