Dear Joseph and Ophelia,
On the behalf of the organising committee, I would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the team at Four Seasons for overseeing the catering for our two events.
Most of the food for the 12th May event was excellent – in particular, the prata, coconut ice-cream, chicken curry with baguette, ondeh-ondeh, roasted beef carving and many others.
The food selection on 19th May was quite well-received too especially the smoked duck canapes, farsi crabs and tempura prawns & vegetables.
However, we hope that for future events, the servers for the live stations could be a bit more experienced in handling the food items so that the culinary experience for the attendees will be a more pleasant one.
Nonetheless, we are very grateful for your team’s support and flexibility in acceding to our last minute requests i.e. increasing the number of people, a day or two prior to the event.
